Patrick Fallon

Patrick Edward Fallon is a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, representing Texas's 4th Congressional District since 2021. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame in 1990, where he played on the 1988 national championship varsity football team. Following his education, he served four years as an officer in the United States Air Force, where he was stationed at Sheppard Air Force Base and attained the rank of captain. Fallon's professional career includes extensive experience as an entrepreneur, having founded and managed more than a dozen companies, including the clothing brand Virtus Apparel. His political service began at the local level on the Prosper City Council, where he served as mayor pro tempore. He later served in the Texas House of Representatives from 2013 to 2019 and the Texas Senate from 2019 to 2021. In the U.S. House, he serves on the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Oversight and Accountability, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

Fallon maintains a conservative platform focused on national security, border integrity, and fiscal responsibility. He is a staunch advocate for border security, supporting the completion of the border wall and legislation to require proof of citizenship for voter registration. In economic policy, he supports making the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act permanent, reducing federal spending, and implementing a balanced budget amendment. His foreign policy approach is defined by opposition to the influence of the Chinese Communist Party and accountability for Russia and Iran, while advocating for robust defense funding and military acquisition reform. Additionally, he is a supporter of Second Amendment rights, including concealed carry reciprocity, and holds pro-life positions, frequently voting for legislation that restricts federal funding for abortion.
